At the end, they stuck us for $680 and we were never able to import any transactions into quickbooks online. We also spend an additional $200 with webgility to take care of the entire setup. They are constantly moving customers from webgility because their software does not work. Highly recommend using this app to save a ton of time/headache as well as avoid any errors in reporting. The smooth onboarding process and effective customer support, which assists with system setup and issue resolution, are also highlighted.
